Job Summary: We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Santa Rosa clinic. In this role, you'll work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality treatment in a fast-paced, supportive outpatient orthopedic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Treat patients under a licensed PT's plan of care
- Accurately document treatment sessions using EMR
- Support a safe and welcoming clinical environment
- Work collaboratively with a skilled clinical team
Services Offered:
- Manual therapy and functional rehab
- Pre- and post-operative care

Qualifications:
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant in California
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Prolonged standing and walking
- Manual dexterity and ability to observe and assist patients
