We are seeking an experienced, driven, and professionally qualified Senior Accountant to manage a varied client portfolio across a range of sectors. This role provides the opportunity for early interaction with clients and close collaboration with sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. Responsibilities Examine and prepare financial statements and tax calculations for sole traders, partnerships, and corporate clients. Oversee a portfolio of clients while developing and maintaining positive professional relationships. Work alongside Partners and specialist departments to provide excellent client support and service. Play an active role in supporting the continued expansion and success of the Practice. Ensure all accounting and tax work complies with current regulations, standards, and legal requirements. Support clients in reaching their financial and business goals through professional guidance. Collaborate with colleagues across teams to deliver effective and innovative client solutions. Maintain exceptional levels of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail in all work. Effectively manage workloads and deadlines while offering guidance and support to team members when necessary. Skills and Experience Professionally qualified accountant (CPA/ACA/ACCA). At least 3 years of experience within a Public Practice setting. Strong technical accounting ability with excellent attention to detail. Effective communication, interpersonal, and organisational capabilities. Proven ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong commercial understanding and dedication to delivering excellent customer service. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently. Enthusiastic about continuous learning and ongoing professional growth. Passionate about supporting businesses in achieving success and growth. Competent in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software packages.
