Junior Contracts Manager(Restoration & Conservation) A leading construction company is seeking a Junior Contracts Managerwith experience in restoration and conservation projects. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team in Dublin, overseeing construction activities and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the successful delivery of construction projects. Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules. Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager. Experience with Healthcare projects is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Package: €75k - €85k per annum. Company vehicle and fuel card. Additional benefits.
