Youllplay an important part in delivering our mission. In this role,youll:

• Lead software engineering capability:Manage and mentor a team of senior engineers and suppliers to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient services.
• Drive technical excellence:Oversee the design, development, and testing of applications, ensuring compliance with standards and best practice.
• Collaborate for success:Work closely with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs and user requirements.

We will be looking for specific skills,knowledgeand experience in your application form:

• Proven leadership experience:Managing and mentoring software engineering teams in an agile environment, driving best practice and continuous improvement.
• Technicalexpertise:Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and techniques, CI/CD pipelines, and modern application development using .NET, D365, Power Platform, and Azure services.
• Deliverytrack record:Designing, building, andmaintainingsecure, scalable applications, including experience with modern web frameworks such as React or Angular.
