About the Role

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Physician and APP Services. The successful candidate will be a seasoned healthcare executive with a strong background in physician and APP compensation, contracting, and compliance. This role is pivotal in providing executive oversight of the recruitment process, ensuring that the organization meets its recruiting goals and that the experience for candidates is exceptional. The AVP will also be responsible for the design and administration of compensation models that promote desired outcomes and enhance clinician engagement. In the area of contracting, the focus will be on maintaining a process that is both compliant and user-friendly. Candidates for the AVP position should have an advanced degree, such as an MBA, MHA, PhD, MD, or MSN, and at least 10 years of experience in a clinical, operational, or financial role, with a proven track record of being part of an executive team. The role requires a leader with the technical acumen to manage complex compensation administration systems and data flows, as well as the ability to work closely with a recruitment director to align strategy, compensation models, and contracting frameworks. The ideal candidate will be adept at ensuring that the organization's compensation and contracting processes are in line with the highest standards of compliance and are designed to support the mission of providing exceptional, patient-centered care.
