Were looking for an inspirational and inclusive Contracts Supervisor to monitor and develop a team of multi skilled technicians, suppliers and contractors to ensure our customers receive a stellar service every time. Youll make sure the team are equipped to identify and resolve repairs cases quickly, keeping our customers happy at all stages of a repair.

Youll need experience of working in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running. Obsessed with the customer experience, youll drive a customer centric culture in your team. Youll have experience of supervising a team in a busy customer demand-led environment, with the ability to make brilliant decisions and act quickly when things arent right, whilst also keeping an eye on our budget. Excellent communication skills are essential as youll need to build collaborative relationships inside and outside of the organisation.
