Position Highlights:
- Position: RN Patient Care Navigator - Stroke Program
- Location: Evanston Hospital
- Part Time: 24 hours/week
- Hours: 2 x 12-hour shifts - 7:00AM-7:00PM during the week
What you will do:
- Renders professional nursing care to assist physician and APP providers in managing the care of patients who present with signs and symptoms of acute stroke. Skilled in treating deteriorating and emergent patient conditions. Employs critical thinking skills, assesses patient conditions, recognizes deviations, implements appropriate treatment protocols for specific emergencies, evaluates patient response, records observations, and interventions, assists with transport to emergency testing and
