A leading Dublin law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate (37 PQE) to join its established and growing commercial property team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded partner on a broad range of high-quality, complex matters. The Role You will advise on a diverse mix of commercial real estate transactions, including: Large-scale mixed-use developments Asset management of substantial property portfolios Commercial leasing (landlord & tenant) Investment acquisitions and disposals Development-led transactions across residential, retail, office and alternative asset classes (including PRS and data centres) Real estate aspects of financing transactions, working alongside banking teams This role offers significant direct partner exposure, hands-on involvement across the full lifecycle of assets, and the opportunity to take real ownership of matters. The Team & Clients The team advises a high-calibre client base including institutional investors, developers, investment funds, asset managers, financial institutions and private equity. They are actively involved in a number of high-profile and complex real estate and real estate finance transactions across Ireland. The Candidate 37 years PQE, trained and qualified with a leading Irish or international firm Strong experience across commercial real estate, with exposure to development, investment and asset management work Experience working on real estate elements of financing transactions or alongside banking teams is highly desirable Proven ability to advise a sophisticated client base similar to institutional investors, funds and lenders Commercially minded with a proactive and collaborative approach Keen to take on increased responsibility and work closely with a partner Why Apply?
