Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in global communication platforms, is seeking a Research Program Manager IV to join their team. As a Research Program Manager IV, you will be part of the Data & Operations department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Research Program Manager
Location: Remote, US Based must work PST hours
Pay Range: $95‑$105 per hour
What's the Job?
Run the program operating cadence, including intake, planning support, execution tracking, and stakeholder updates
Improve documentation and operational processes such as templates, trackers, and SOPs
Collaborate across teams to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and unblock execution
Analyze program and operations data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports with light data visualization
What's Needed?
8+ years of program/project management or operations experience in cross‑functional environments
3+ years in analytics/metrics‑focused work (program analytics, business operations, data analysis, or similar)
Experience building dashboards and recurring reporting for stakeholders and leadership
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable with ambiguity
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
