Job Description:
Lead the production and delivery of Revenue Operations owned operational reporting, including: Pipeline creation, coverage, health, and movement Forecast views and pipeline inspection support Sales productivity, quota attainment, and capacity reporting Marketing to pipeline and marketing to revenue reporting Renewal, expansion, and churn risk tracking Partner sourced pipeline and performance views Ensure all reporting & visibility is delivered on a predictable cadence, clearly understood by stakeholders, and consistent across tools and audiences Support the CRO organization’s operating rhythm by ensuring reporting is ready for weekly pipeline and forecast reviews, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly planning and capacity discussions Continuous Improvement & Input: While definitions largely come from elsewhere, this role provides feedback on metric clarity, usefulness, and gaps a suggests incremental improvements to reports and dashboards. Partners with RevOps Systems, IT, and Finance on: Data quality issues, Automation opportunities, Tool enhancements Helps evolve reporting from near term solutions toward more scalable approaches Lead and mentor a small team of revenue/data analysts which require setting priorities, reviewing work product for quality & consistency, and overall skill development Ensure compliance with company standards and policies Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or other related studies 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Analytics, or Finance within a B2B SaaS environment Demonstrated expertise producing operational go-to-market reporting and analytics Proven experience managing and mentoring analytics teams Deep working knowledge of pipeline mechanics, sales forecasting, and sales productivity/capacity reporting Strong understanding of B2B software go-to-market motions and revenue cycles Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms) Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
