Work with customer IT teams to design and implement integrations from EHR and ERP systems Configure and support HL7, flat file, and API-based data feeds Test integrations end-to-end and validate data accuracy and completeness Troubleshoot integration failures and data quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and customer success teams during implementations Document integration designs, mappings, and customer-specific configurations Support ongoing enhancements and changes to live customer integrations Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related discipline. 1–3 years of experience in integration engineering, implementation engineering, or a similar technical role Experience working with integration engines such as Qvera (preferred), Mirth, Rhapsody, or similar Exposure to healthcare system integrations, including EHRs and HL7 messaging Experience working directly with customer IT teams in a client-facing environment Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Comfortable managing multiple integrations in parallel Nice to Have
Experience with ERP or financial system integrations Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7 v2, CCD/C-CDA, FHIR) Experience supporting production integrations in a healthcare environment Why You'll Love Working Here
