PART-TIME PRACTICE NURSE TO COVER 2.5 DAYS PER WEEK (20 HOURS)

Key Responsibilities

• Providing care in a mixed GMS and Private practice.
• Work collaboratively with GP's and the wider multi-dis-ciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Adhere to clinical governance, infection control and practice policies.
• Supporting care for a large number of CDM patients and we engage in a very active recall system in all aspects of healthcare. 24hr blood pressure monitoring, Healthcheck.
• We conduct smears / Administer children's vaccines in line with the current vaccination programme/Nursing management of diabetes/chronic respiratory disease/ Cholesterol testing and dietary advice.
•  Clinical stock ordering.
