Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Account Executives in next steps. Generating and qualifying outbound leads - proactively develop and deploy outreach campaigns to schools and districts on behalf of the Account Executives. Evaluate and vet inbound leads to determine their potential value. Conduct thorough research to understand a school’s needs and pain points and develop relevant responses. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule initial meetings and follow-ups. Assist in developing strategies to increase sales volume and efficiency. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach methods and messaging. Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook. Report to the Sales Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results. Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth sales discussions. Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred. Bonus for experience in Educational Sales. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
