( This program requires a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) clearance. The selected candidate shall not start work until authorization and first day logistics are approved by the program .)
Description:
Anakim Consulting is hiring multiple Business Architects with Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) certification to support a government program. The Business Architects will support customization and modernization of processes and applications through scaled Agile development and process improvement within a quickly growing enterprise case management implementation on the Pega platform.
Job Duties include (but may not be limited to):
Provide Business Architecture support to solutions development teams
Support business process design activities such as describing business expectations and objectives, defining requirements, defining business user roles and responsibilities, defining approach for validating configured functionality, and other related activities
Analyze client needs and requirements and provide insight and innovation to accomplish tasks
Lead and/or participate in discussions on Pega process, functionality, and structure
Lead and/or participate in meetings to discuss and plan business process elaboration and configuration
Support varied Agile activities for functions and solution configuration
Assist with best practices for elaboration, configuration, testing, and training
Interact across teams and/or with vendors, as assigned
Other duties as assigned according to Business Architect role/level
Position Requirements Multiple Openings for Journeyman, Mid, Senior/Lead, and SME roles
Eligibility Requirements (all positions):
U.S. citizenship, no dual citizenship
Current IRS MBI access or ability to obtain (unable to start work until security access is authorized)
Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) certification
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree pending customer approval
Position requirements vary by level and may include:
2 -15 years of related experience (depending on role level)
Pega specific experience such as:
Proficiency working with Pega platform and low-code COTS platforms
Experience conceptualizing process structures and Pega layers
Experience with Pega for case management
Experience with user-centered design for application development within the Pega platform
Experience with Pega as part of a large-scale implementation
Ability to design for and subsequently reuse services, capabilities, and features in Pega
Proficient at design, documentation, and troubleshooting complex technical problems
Ability to produce efficient process workflows from business requirements
Experience in design-thinking methods such as data-led prototyping and prioritization, project management, and Agile/iterative development
Extensive experience with Agile software development processes and concepts
Experience with identification, elaboration, and refinement of requirements
Experience ingesting large and complex sets of data and converting them into actionable data insights
Knowledge of and experience with using scaled Agile to accommodate large implementations.
Experience with enterprise-level lifecycle management
Experience developing and maintaining requirements documentation
Demonstrated experience contributing to working group meetings and supporting a highly collaborative environment
Advanced skills working across Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to interact with functional and technical team members including working directly with client stakeholders
Experience managing work independently and organizing workloads to meet project deadlines
Ability to work as a team player, problem solver, and seek consensus with team members
Preferred experience:
Active Treasury Public Trust Clearance Preferred (IRS MBI)
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification and/or prior implementation with Scaled Agile Framework
Experience with IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM) requirements documentation
