Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Partnerships Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with lending partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration, negotiating partnership agreements, monitoring key performance metrics, developing strategic initiatives, ensuring partner satisfaction and business growth, analyzing market trends, nurturing partnerships, and providing insights to internal teams to optimize performance.
Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with lending partners
Identify opportunities for collaboration and negotiate partnership agreements
Monitor key performance metrics and develop strategic initiatives
Ensure partner satisfaction and drive business growth
Analyze market trends and provide insights to internal teams
Nurture partnerships and optimize performance
Qualifications
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and partnership development skills
Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and market trends
Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities to drive business growth and success
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with the personal finance and lending industry is required
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
