This is a travel-based role. You will be on the road for extended rotations.

Requirements Basic Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening (where permitted by law)
Ability to travel for extended multi-week rotations
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Comfortable working on ladders and around commercial equipment
Ability to work in active retail and restaurant environments
Work Expectations
Willingness to travel consistently as part of structured deployment schedules
Ability to work flexible hours based on project demandsCommitment to completing OSHA 10 within first 30 days
Willingness to complete the 12‑week Foundation Phase in full
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, beverage systems, or food equipment
Mechanical aptitude or prior trade exposure
Basic electrical knowledge
EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Previous travel-based field service experience
