Key Responsibilities Ensure system availability, recovery Provide daily management of content management system infrastructure and assure service availability Maintain all environments including Development, QA, and Production environments Work with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure quality products Responsible for documenting all maintenance procedures Maintain policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance Keep the content management software up to date with necessary patches Perform release management activities Perform server migration/upgrade activities Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Skills 5+ years content management experience within an enterprise level environment (preferred) Experience in OpenText Content Server, Archive Server, OCC, OTDS, or Brava Thorough understanding of content management systems Experience troubleshooting and resolving integrity and performance issues Experience with performance tuning a content management environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
