In this inpatient rehabilitation role, you will evaluate and treat patients with complex medical and functional needs, designing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to restore mobility, strength, and independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, provide clear patient and family education, and document progress in our EMR.
