The Role As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, design custom bath solutions using our iPad-based system, and close sales. This is a high-impact outside sales role with strong earning potential.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad sales system
Design customized bath solutions for clients
Provide pricing and close sales consistently
Participate in weekly sales training
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
In-home sales experience preferred (home improvement a plus)
Reliable transportation and local residency required
Confident presenter with a professional approach
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Compensation
Commission-based with unlimited earning potentialTypical earnings: $100,000 – $320,000/year
Flexible structure: 1099 or W-2 options available
