What You’ll Be Doing
Handling inbound calls from donors
Sharing nonprofit program information in a friendly, confident way
Accurately entering donor and call details
Representing meaningful missions with professionalism
Meeting achievable performance goals that support each organization’s success
A high school diploma or GED
6+ months of remote work or 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred, NOT required)
A calm, caring, and professional phone presence
Good typing skills and comfort with Microsoft Office
A quiet home workspace and schedule flexibility
Windows 11 computer only
16 GB RAM preferred
Dual monitors highly recommended
Noise-canceling USB headset (not required to apply but required to service)
Hardwired internet required (WiFi acceptable to apply, but required to service)
Earn $13–$15 per hour
