We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Remote Customer Care Specialist to assist clients with travel planning and reservation coordination. In this work-from-home role, you will support travelers by researching travel options, organizing itineraries, and ensuring all booking details are handled accurately. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong attention to detail, and can manage responsibilities independently in a remote environment while providing excellent customer service throughout the travel planning process. Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning customized travel itineraries
Research and evaluate travel options including accommodations, flights, cruises, and activities
Confirm reservations using approved booking systems and platforms
Provide accurate travel information and helpful recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and online messaging platforms
Manage booking updates, itinerary adjustments, and customer inquiries promptly
Maintain organized client records and reservation documentation
Participate in training programs, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
