We are hiring an AI-native Product Manager who enjoys building and experimenting hands-on. This role is designed for someone who can independently explore product ideas using modern AI tools, validate concepts quickly, and work closely with engineers to deliver impactful features to real users. You will take ownership of shaping AI-powered workflows, features, and product directions in a fast-moving startup environment. Key Responsibilities
Identify user problems and rapidly validate solutions using AI prototyping or automation tools Design and iterate AI-powered product experiences such as copilots, workflow automation, or intelligent creation features Create product requirements, interaction flows, and early prototypes independently Collaborate with engineers on APIs, model capabilities, performance trade-offs, and technical feasibility Drive end-to-end execution from idea to launch and continuous iteration Use product data and user insights to improve retention, usability, and product quality Support feature launches and growth experiments with GTM partners Basic Qualifications
2–6 years of experience in Product Management or builder-type startup roles Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to prototype ideas, automate workflows, or solve real product problems Strong ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity Ability to work with technical concepts such as APIs, system constraints, or AI model behavior Professional proficiency in English and working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (required for collaboration with distributed engineering teams) Preferred Qualifications
Experience building AI-native SaaS or developer-focused products Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI agents, or LLM-powered features Basic scripting or analytical skills (e.g., Python, SQL, automation tools) Experience shipping early-stage (0→1) product features Base salary range: USD $120,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience and location) Equity incentive opportunity Flexible remote work environment High ownership role with real product impact Work Authorization
