What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Achieve deployed sales for data center cooling products across the central US
Develop and execute strategic business plans in collaboration with leadership
Cultivate and maintain relationships with end-users, engineering firms, and channel partners
Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and account conversion status using CRM tools
Focus on maintaining margins and compliance with profitability objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree highly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of validated sales experience, including 2+ years in business development within the Data Center sector
Validated understanding of Data Center infrastructure products and applications
Ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively in a selling environment
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience selling Data Center/IT precision and liquid cooling solutions to diverse customer types
Ability to define and quantify opportunities through customer research
Strong relationship-building skills to assess market trends and conditions
