This is a remote position supporting dietitian recruiting.
Job Summary Compass Group’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a
highly skilled and innovative Talent Sourcer
to identify and engage dietitians and clinical leaders
across the U.S. . This role requires a
strategic, creative, and resourceful
approach to talent sourcing, leveraging
non-traditional and advanced recruitment techniques
to uncover hidden talent and build diverse pipelines.
As a
Dietitian Talent Sourcer , you will be responsible for
proactively identifying passive candidates , developing strategic sourcing methodologies, and creating robust talent pipelines to support the company’s clinical hiring needs. You will need to go beyond job boards and standard sourcing methods, utilizing deep market research, social media mining, Boolean search, competitive intelligence gathering, and industry networking to identify the best candidates.
Success in this role requires a deep curiosity about talent acquisition trends, the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates, and a passion for creating innovative sourcing strategies that
challenge conventional recruiting approaches . You will work closely with the
clinical recruiters
to align sourcing strategies with business needs and talent market dynamics.
This is a
remote position
with nationwide sourcing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies
to identify top-tier talent.
Utilize advanced
Boolean searches, social media recruiting, AI-driven talent platforms, competitive intelligence, and deep web sourcing techniques .
Conduct
market mapping and talent intelligence research
to understand industry trends, competitor landscapes, and passive talent pools.
Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates through
personalized outreach, engagement campaigns, and talent communities .
Partner closely with clinical recruiters to
understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and refine candidate profiles .
Maintain an
active presence in industry networks, professional associations, and online communities
to stay ahead of emerging talent trends.
Leverage
referral programs, alumni networks, and diversity recruiting initiatives
to expand sourcing channels.
Track and analyze sourcing metrics, providing insights on
sourcing effectiveness, conversion rates, and market insights .
Ensure
compliance with OFCCP
and all hiring regulations while maintaining a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Qualifications & Experience
3 years
of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or research, with a proven track record of
finding hidden talent through innovative techniques .
Expertise in
non-traditional sourcing methods , including
internet research, deep web sourcing, talent mapping, social media engagement, referral management, and cold calling .
Strong
market research and competitive intelligence
skills to uncover top talent in niche industries.
Ability to build trust and credibility with passive candidates through
effective storytelling, relationship-building, and strategic outreach .
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to craft
compelling messages that engage talent .
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a
fast-paced, evolving
work environment.
A
data-driven mindset , with experience in tracking and analyzing sourcing metrics.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills
Dietitian credentials strongly preferred.
Deep knowledge of social media data mining and engagement techniques .
Experience sourcing for
dietitians and clinical leaders .
Ability to write
engaging and persuasive job advertisements
that attract passive talent.
Passion for
diversity recruiting and inclusive hiring practices .
Entrepreneurial spirit and self‑motivated work ethic.
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build
meaningful, long‑term relationships
with candidates and stakeholders.
Experience in
presenting analytical insights to business leaders
and translating research findings into actionable hiring strategies.
