We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Client Engagement Specialist. In this fully remote role, you will connect with clients, assist with coordination of arrangements, provide personalized guidance, and ensure a seamless and professional experience from start to finish. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service. No prior industry experience is required. We providecomprehensive training and ongoing support are provided. Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients via phone, email, and other platforms
Coordinate bookings and client arrangements efficiently
Research, compare, and confirm options based on client preferences and needs
Manage updates, modifications, and service-related requests promptly
Maintain organized and accurate client records and documentation
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and professional development
