Responsibilities
Deliver inbound customer support services via phone, chat, and/or email for partner client programs.
Maintain professionalism and composure while assisting customers and addressing inquiries.
Follow company processes and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when assisting customers.
Quiet, distraction‑free home workspace.
Technical Requirements
Reliable computer or laptop; Chromebooks not supported.
High‑speed internet connection (wired recommended).
Headset.
Ability to pass client background check if required by program.
Windows 11 operating system.
