Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while supporting our team and clients across the USA. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Act as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Manage and prioritize incoming emails and phone calls, responding to inquiries or redirecting to the appropriate team member
Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines, organizing project files, and coordinating with team members
Conduct research and gather information for various projects and presentations
Assist with event planning and coordination, including coordinating logistics and managing RSVPs
Maintain and update client and contact databases
Other administrative tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus
Contract Details: This is a full-time or part-time contract position, with the option to work remotely from anywhere in the USA. The schedule will be determined based on the needs of the business, with some flexibility. Compensation will be based on experience.
