Summary Morgan & Morgan is looking for an experienced attorney with a background in Social Security Disability to join its growing practice. The Social Security Disability Attorney will handle a heavy case load and must have at least 2 years of social security disability and hearings experience. This position can sit in any of our offices in the United States.
Responsibilities
Guide clients through the case process
Attendance and preparation for hearings and court appearances
Day-to-day handling of active case load
Properly delegating work and responsibilities between a team of case staff
Qualifications
Law degree from a fully accredited law school
An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
Minimum 2+ years of social security disability experience
Ability to manage high volume of cases
Excellent client service and communication skills
Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
