No previous travel industry experience is required training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with organizing personalized travel plans based on their preferences and budget
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities using approved booking platforms
Review available options and coordinate reservations for clients
Provide accurate travel information and helpful destination recommendations
Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and online messaging platforms
Participate in required training sessions, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with good organizational abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer skills and comfort using online systems
Reliable high-speed internet access
Must be 18 years of age or older
Legal authorization to work in the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
