Location: California, Remote (RCA99: RTN Remote). Remote is designated offsite. Employees must reside in one of the 50 U.S. states.
What You Will Do
Represent Raytheon on contractual transactions and work closely with customers to develop business relationships.
Collaborate with Program Managers, Business/Finance, Estimating and advise management of contractual rights/obligations and mitigate risks.
Identify and resolve contractual issues as they arise.
Lead analysis of RFPs, proposal development, reviews, negotiations, contract administration and closeout.
Provide sound contract management to meet customer obligations and company objectives while complying with policies.
Research compliance issues, regulations and laws and formulate recommendations.
Qualification You Must Have
University degree or equivalent, and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree and minimum 5 years.
Experience with FAR and DFARS.
Experience in administering contracts.
Qualifications We Prefer
Strong collaboration and relationship building skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to recognize business and contractual issues, propose solutions, and execute tasks with good judgment.

Salary USD 107,500 – 204,500 per year.
