Position Overview In this role, you will assist clients with reservations, itinerary coordination, and service arrangements. You will ensure each client receives a high level of personalized support before, during, and after their experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and online messaging
Assist clients with luxury reservations, bookings, and itinerary updates
Communicate details, policies, and documentation requirements clearly
Monitor reservations to ensure accuracy and timely updates
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns
Deliver a high-touch, solutions-oriented customer experience
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous customer service experience required (luxury service or hospitality preferred)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and digital communication tools
Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
