Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents Review information keyed into the system to verify the accuracy of data Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents Follow established policies and procedures for index and imaging without deviation Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required 0-2 years of relevant experience required Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a call center environment or in an administrative role Residency in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Proficiency in computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively Preferred Requirements:
Associate degree in Administration, Office Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field Typing speed of 25–50 WPM Minimum 2–3 years of scheduling experience Proficiency in Smartsheet, Genesys and SharePoint Prior experience handling inbound and outbound calls Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation Demonstrated organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks Ability to remain adaptable and task-focused in a fast-paced environment Home Office Requirements:
