We are seeking high-performing Insurance Sales Closers for a 100% remote, commission-only position. If you are a disciplined professional who thrives in a high-volume sales environment, this is the opportunity to scale your income without the burden of prospecting.
The Lead Advantage Most remote roles fail because of lead quality. We solve that by providing:
Proprietary Inbound Leads: No aged, recycled, or shared data.
Low Acquisition Cost: Proprietary leads available for under $6.00.
High Intent: Speak only with prospects who have actively requested a quote.
Compensation & Earnings This is a Commission-Only role designed for true "closers".
Full-Time Agent: $10,000 - $25,000 / month in gross commissions.
Top Producers: Significantly exceed the $25k average.
Uncapped Potential: No limits on your production or your paycheck.
Key Responsibilities
Convert high-intent inbound leads into active policyholders.
Manage a fast-paced daily schedule of inbound calls and follow-ups.
Maintain high closing ratios by navigating objections and building immediate rapport.
Accurately document all sales activity within the CRM.
Requirements
Life Insurance License
Proven Track Record: Experience in high-volume phone sales or "one-call-close" environments.
Remote Readiness: Must have a professional home office, high-speed internet, and a reliable computer.
Self-Management: The ability to stay productive in a 100% remote, independent setting.
