This short-term contract role for a
Data Analyst
is responsible for building the foundational dataset required to support the external workforce program. The analyst will serve as the day-to-day associate for data collection, validation, reconciliation, and communication across multiple enterprise systems and teams. This role is critical to ensuring a complete, accurate, and auditable worker-level dataset.

Hands-on experience maintaining the master external workforce dataset using: Security/Badging systems VMS systems Contracts ERP/AP systems
Experience performing detailed worker-level data reconciliation across multiple systems.
Experience maintaining ongoing dataset updates, including delta comparisons as workforce changes occur.
Ability to review and interpret contract documents (PDFs) to extract key commercial and workforce data fields.
Hands-on experience supporting spend analysis by aligning POs and invoices.
Experience working with Procurement, AP, IT, and business stakeholders to validate data accuracy.
5–7 years of relevant experience required.
Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
Must have advanced Excel skills, including: Data cleansing Matching Lookups Pivot tables Key Responsibilities Data Build Extract, compile, and maintain the master external workforce dataset using: Security/Badging systems VMS systems Contracts ERP/AP systems
Perform detailed worker-level data reconciliation across multiple systems.
Validate required data fields per worker.
Normalize and standardize: Supplier names Worker identities Contract references
Maintain ongoing dataset updates, including delta comparisons as workforce changes occur. Analysis Review and interpret contract documents (PDFs) to extract key commercial and workforce data fields.
Support spend analysis by aligning POs and invoices to individual workers where feasible. Data Governance Identify and flag data gaps, inconsistencies, and anomalies for escalation.
Partner with Procurement, AP, IT, and business stakeholders to validate data accuracy. Communication Present weekly progress, risks, and findings clearly to the program lead. Required Skills & Experience Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills across multiple systems.
Experience working with: ERP systems (Oracle preferred) VMS platforms Procurement data
Ability to interpret contracts and extract structured data from unstructured documents (PDFs/SOWs).
Advanced Excel skills: Data cleansing Matching Lookups Pivot tables
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy.
Experience working in: Procurement Finance P2P environments preferred
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
