YOUR TASKS

  • Define global strategy for dedicated market segments
  • Enable and drive profitable growth of respective market segments
  • Own omni-channel go-to-market strategy, target groups and value proposition for assigned market segments
  • Continuously monitor markets, adjust segment strategy where required and derive root causes for budget deviations
  • Represent the market segment globally as expert within the matrix organization, towards management and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Act as ambassador for the market segment, related customer groups and salesforce
  • Define and drive growth plans; align growth initiatives across functions and with local counterparts
  • Guide and steer local Segment Experts across Europe
  • Monitor and support local execution of go-to-market strategies and steer KPIs on financial and strategic progress
  • Ensure consistency between sales budgets, strategic priorities and go-to-market activities

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed university studies (Diploma/Master's degree)
  • Several years of experience in strategy, marketing or commercial steering/controlling
  • Experience in an international environment
  • Several years of project management and/or leadership experience in complex organizational structures
  • Sound experience and ideally a network within the construction and/or automotive aftermarket industry
  • B2B sales understanding and customer-centric mindset
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities in a structurally changing environment
  • Very good analytical, presentation, communication and persuasion skills, combined with commitment and flexibility
  • Team-oriented personality with the ability to challenge, align and drive change in complex organizations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
  • Fluent German and English skills, written and spoken
