Handling inbound calls and warm leads Consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs Matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders Representing the Liberty brand and connecting customers to the right products for their needs Adapting well to different environments, schedules, and varying needs of policyholders Ensuring customers get the quality products and services they need Requirements:
2-3 years sales experience preferred 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency Property and Casualty License required after hire.
