Build and grow a sales territory through consistent outreach, calls, visits, and relationship development. Meet with schools, gyms, studios, leagues, and other organizations in person to understand needs and present solutions. Conduct fittings, product demonstrations, and on-site meetings with decision makers. Represent Rebel Athletic at events, conferences, competitions, and industry functions. Manage all stages of the sales cycle from introduction to final delivery. Maintain professional communication regarding timelines, updates, and expectations. Keep accurate CRM notes, follow ups, and planning details. Work closely with internal teams to support the customer experience from start to finish. Requirements:
At least 2 years of B2B or territory-based sales experience. Clear communication and presentation skills. Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage your own schedule. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel frequently. Strong follow up skills and attention to detail. Experience in cheer, dance, athletics, or related industries. Existing relationships within schools, gyms, studios, or performance programs. Experience working in field based or relationship heavy sales environments. Salesforce familiarity or comparable CRM skills. Benefits:
