Job Description:
Oversee a team of National Account Managers Establish and communicate vision and strategic business plans to achieve growth goals Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and objectives Provide regular sales forecasting and planning Engage with C-Level customer engagements Provide business intelligence and market feedback routinely Ensure work is aligned with the Director’s expectations Provide guidance and training to subordinates Perform additional duties as needed Requirements:
10+ years of sales and business experience preferably within construction, HVAC or similar industry 5+ years of progressive responsibility in strategic sales account management to mid-size and large customers 6+ years of direct leadership experience Knowledge of HVAC systems, services and equipment preferably in both commercial and residential markets Construction knowledge of buildings, homes, commercial property - strongly preferred Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Business, Engineering, Marketing, IS, Finance or Accounting HVAC certification – preferred Benefits:
