Currently, we are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer for the partner company Tentens Tech. Tentens Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the streaming and social discovery sphere. The team of Tentens Tech has experience in successful launches of dozens of platforms used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, for now). Key Areas Of Responsibility: Ideation: generation of the visual component of creativity based on the technical tasks of the marketing team; Production: development of creatives for product promotion in advertising networks; Cooperation: close cooperation with the marketing department and discussion of ideas to improve existing creatives; Experiments: testing new tools, plugins, creating project templates for more efficient work; Creative Research: analysis of competitors' advertising materials and social networks to track global trends in design; Analytics: Analysis of creatives and building hypotheses based on their results. Our Expectations From Candidates: Commercial experience—1 year experience will be a plus; Practical knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator; Ability to create templates in Figma, work with components and libraries; Practical knowledge of AI (Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Remini, Sora) and similar; Understanding of the rules of composition, typography, and color; High level of creativity and the ability to generate ideas that meet user needs and business requirements; Good communication skills, ability to quickly establish contact with colleagues within the team and outside the project; Proper assessment of the time and resources needed to complete tasks, skills in independent time management.
