Assisting in various stages of the sales process, creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, and retaining customers. Work closely with area sales team members. Maintain clear communication with internal departments regarding customer information. Assist local Branch Managers in promoting sales through retail store locations. Maintain a high level of internal customer service by assisting the sales force. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals. Qualify and pursue sales leads from other parts of the Airgas organization. Keep management informed of territory performance and market trends. Submit required sales and activity reports on time. Attend and complete all training modules provided by Airgas. Maintain compliance with safety procedures and practices. Requirements:
Must be enrolled in an accredited university majoring in Business, Sales or similar discipline preferred. Third or fourth year student preferred. Prior outside sales/service experience preferred. Strong mathematical, problem solving and analytical skills. Exhibits customer focused behavior such as building positive relationships. Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. A positive approach and willingness to learn. Proficient in Google suite applications include Gmail, Sheets, and Docs. Ability to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis. Preferred: Enrolled at Kansas State University. Benefits:
