Position Overview Allegretto Vineyard Resort is seeking a dynamic, visionary Executive Chef with 4–5 star international experience to lead our culinary and food & beverage operations. This role is responsible for driving culinary excellence, overseeing all kitchen operations, and positioning the resort and its dining outlets as leaders in luxury hospitality. Key Responsibilities Culinary Leadership & Operations ·
Oversee all culinary operations to ensure alignment with resort standards Lead and inspire the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences Maintain excellence in food quality, presentation, and consistency Represent the resort at culinary events and industry functions Financial & Strategic Management ·
Collaborate with F&B leadership on budgets, forecasting, and strategic planning Manage food, labor, and operational costs to meet financial goals Lead menu engineering, pricing strategy, and vendor selection Analyze financial reports and implement profit-enhancing initiatives Team Leadership & Development ·
Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement Build a strong succession pipeline and empower team decision-making Quality Assurance & Compliance ·
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards Maintain and improve quality across all F&B outlets Oversee equipment maintenance and operational efficiency Support sustainability initiatives, including recycling programs Menu Development & Innovation ·
Design seasonal, trend-forward menus using local and regional ingredients Develop offerings for restaurants, banquets, and special events Collaborate with catering and sales teams to enhance revenue opportunities Marketing & Promotions ·
Partner with F&B leadership on promotions, events, and programming Contribute to marketing, PR, and brand positioning strategies Support creation of unique guest experiences and themed events Qualifications ·
Minimum 10 years of culinary experience in high-volume environments At least 2 years in a 4/5-star culinary leadership role Strong expertise in international cuisine and luxury hospitality standards Proven success in managing financial performance and operational efficiency Experience with menu engineering, cost control, and vendor management Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management preferred Food Safety & HACCP certification required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and purchasing systems Fluent in written and spoken English Why Join Allegretto Vineyard Resort? ·
