on property. This is a unique opportunity to join an elevated culinary program serving a discerning membership in a refined yet approachable dining environment. Located approximately 45 minutes from Columbus, GA, this opportunity is ideal for a chef who enjoys a quieter, more exclusive setting while still operating at a high culinary level. The property caters to a top-tier membership and offers a luxury, hospitality-driven experience. Position Overview: The Senior Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and execution at a high level. This role is ideal for a chef coming from a strong restaurant background or large-format/luxury hotel environment who is ready to step into a key leadership position. Key Responsibilities: Support daily kitchen operations with a hands-on leadership approach Execute and maintain high culinary standards across all offerings Assist in menu development, costing, and seasonal changes Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff Ensure consistency in execution, presentation, and quality control Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost management Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen Qualifications: Experience as a Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or Chef de Cuisine Background in high-quality restaurants or luxury hotel environments (large-scale or high-volume preferred) Strong operational awareness and kitchen leadership skills Ability to thrive in a detail-oriented, guest-focused environment Passion for hospitality and elevated dining What’s Offered: Competitive compensation Relocation assistance available Opportunity to be part of a new restaurant opening within a premier private club setting High-quality product and elevated culinary standards Lifestyle opportunity outside of a major city, with access to Columbus, GA
