Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Host role located in Concord, MA. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, maintaining an organized and welcoming host area, and coordinating table assignments efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of service. The Host will also address guest inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and assist the team in creating a positive dining experience. Flexibility and collaboration with other staff members are crucial for success in the position.
Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Food & Beverage service or knowledge of restaurant operations Ability to support Sales efforts through guest engagement and upselling opportunities Capability to provide Training and guidance to team members Strong organizational skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required
