Role Description This is a 25-35 hr on-site role for a Lead Spa Manager position at jlounge Natural Nail Bar & Spa located in Boulder, CO. The Spa Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Qualifications Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in the spa or hospitality industry Knowledge of spa treatments and products Customer service-oriented mindset
