Restaurant Manager
to oversee the daily operations for a new location in lower Fairfield county. The right candidate should have a
minimum 5 years’ management experience
in a casual/fine dining setting, with a strong passion for culinary excellence and hospitality. They are team-oriented, with a proven ability to lead and inspire team members to always take the guest dining experience to the highest level. Previous involvement in various capacities of front of house (i.e., server, host, bartender, runner) is strongly preferred. Luxury hotel/restaurant experience is a plus. This is a
