The IT Organisational Change & Communications Lead oversees enterprise-wide IT communications, executive reporting, and organisational change activities. The role ensures IT initiatives, risks, incidents, and changes are communicated clearly and effectively to executives, governance bodies, and end users, enabling informed decisions, business continuity, and successful adoption. Key responsibilities include leading CEO, Board, Audit Committee, and governance reporting; coordinating executive updates during major incidents; and developing presentations for leadership forums, town halls, and strategic programmes. The role also manages end-user communications during outages and significant IT changes, ensuring messages are timely, actionable, and aligned with corporate standards. A core focus is embedding organisational change management into IT delivery by conducting OCM assessments, supporting project teams, and identifying readiness, adoption, and communication risks. The role acts as a central coordination point across Enterprise IT, Cyber, PMO, Communications, and external partners, ensuring a consistent single source of truth. Candidates should have experience in IT communications, PMO, transformation, or change roles, with proven capability in executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement in complex IT environments. Exposure to Prosci OCM methodology would be a significant plus. Strong communication skills, change awareness, and the ability to simplify technical information are essential.
