About the role: The Marketing Graduate is an entry-level role within the Marketing team, designed to provide hands-on experience across a broad range of marketing disciplines including campaigns, content, digital, partnerships, and events. Reporting to the Residential Marketing Manager, the role supports the delivery of both B2B and residential marketing activity, contributing to live campaigns, activations, and day-to-day marketing operations. This is a structured graduate programme offering exposure to a fast-paced commercial environment, with opportunities to develop practical skills and gain end-to-end experience across the marketing function. Please note, this is a 12-month contract. Key Responsibilities: Campaign & Project Support Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across residential and B2B audiences Assist in the coordination of campaign activity from planning through to execution Support the preparation of campaign materials, presentations and internal updates Partnerships & Events Support Support the delivery of partnerships, sponsorships and marketing activations Assist with the coordination of events, including logistics and on-the-day support Key role in the execution of hero partnership deliverables Help manage marketing materials and collateral for activations Marketing Operations & Administration Support the onboarding of suppliers, including setting up new supplier forms and documentation Assist with preparing and submitting materials for regulatory and legal approval Support the creation and distribution of customer sustainability certificates, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to business customers Create and maintain marketing reports, including press coverage and campaign summaries Support the creation of presentations and slides for internal and external use Assist with budget tracking and general marketing administration Support the coordination of internal marketing team events, including offsites & engagement initiatives Bring ideas to support team culture, collaboration and team engagement Manage event logistics, coordination and budget tracking with support from the Marketing Director Content & Social Support Assist with the creation of content for social media, website and marketing materials Support the planning and scheduling of social media content Work with the Content & Copy Specialist and wider team to ensure content is aligned to brand Digital & Website Support Assist with updating website content and supporting digital marketing activity Support campaign setup tasks and coordination with digital partners where required Help ensure content is accurate and up to date across digital touchpoints Research & Insights Support the gathering of market, competitor and customer insights Assist in compiling campaign performance reports and summaries Help identify trends and opportunities to inform marketing activity What you will gain: Exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines Hands-on experience working on live campaigns and projects Opportunity to work across both B2B and consumer marketing Development of practical skills across content, campaigns, partnerships and digital Insight into working within a commercial, fast-paced organisation Candidate Profile: We are seeking a recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline with a strong interest in building a career in marketing, digital, and communications. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. They will demonstrate a positive, hands-on attitude and a willingness to take initiative across a variety of tasks, from campaign support and content creation to events, digital updates, and reporting. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and an interest in working in a fast-paced, commercial environment are essential. The successful candidate will be curious, collaborative, and motivated to develop a broad skill set across multiple areas of marketing.
