The RoleAs an Enterprise Account Executive you'll own a geographic territory (example: Atlanta / Southeast or Chicago / Midwest), build a predictable pipeline, and close new enterprise customers. You'll run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, work closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Implementation and Customer Success, and be measured on quota attainment and territory growth. Reports to the CRO. Travel ~20%.
What You'll Do- Own territory strategy and a named account list.
- Prospect, qualify, and create a steady pipeline via outbound, events, partnerships and ABM.
- Lead discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations and contracts with execs across operations, finance, IT and procurement.
- Build mutual action plans to close complex deals and navigate procurement/legal/security reviews.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer value and a best-in-class buying experience.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene; represent FEXA at industry events.
510 years quota-carrying sales experience (enterprise software preferred).
Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Strong prospecting, executive presence and commercial judgment.
Excellent communicator, organized, and comfortable with a disciplined sales process.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation Range 140,000 - 160,000 + Commission
