Convenience Store Coordinator

Empire Distributors Inc, a leading beverage distributor is now hiring a Convenience Store Coordinator. Sells beer, wine and non-alcoholics to convenience stores for wholesale distributor by performing the following duties.

Makes headquarter calls on convenience store chains to present Empire products for distribution and display. Executes and monitors convenience store programs.

Works with Sales Manager to develop convenience store programs.

Communicates programs and execution levels to off-premise management team.

Sells Empire products to convenience stores by working the market on your own and with the off-premise sales team.

Develops convenience store target list to increase our volume in that class of trade.

Identify customer problems and follow through on solutions to fix.

Merchandise Empire products in convenience store class of trade.

Develop and maintain tracking reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).

Review execution results monthly with Sales Manager.

Work with suppliers when scheduled.

Deliver emergency orders when needed.

Follow local and state laws.

Set up accounts for delivery and EFT.

Develop and maintain pricing structure for convenience stores.

Maintains high visibility in key accounts and also performs business reviews.

Conducts market surveys.

Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred or 2 to 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of order processing systems. Also able to work with Microsoft Excel and Word to the level that you can create spreadsheets and word documents.

State ABC license, valid driver's license.
