Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related IT discipline) or equivalent industry experience
- Knowledge or experience troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve Linux and networking issues, as well as anticipate and address problems affecting the performance, reliability, and availability of software systems.
Knowledge or experience operating 24x7 high-availability, distributed software applications, performance tuning software applications and optimizing fleet utilization and monitoring frameworks (such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, Elastic or similar)
